Join Starfleet

This is the biggest STEM event Scouts Victoria has ever organised! It's going to be fun and exciting, but we're going to need lots of help! If you're keen but have questions, let us know and a Starfleet Program Officer will be in contact with you!

Frequently Asked Questions

This registration system interacts directly with Scouts Victoria's membership records. If the critical information requested doesn't match what is on record, it won't allow you to register.

In the event of difficulty in entering information, there are a few things you should try:

  • Check your Membership Number. Scouts Victoria Membership numbers are strictly seven digits, like 8035854, or 0042154 (note the leading zeros). If you don't know your membership number, check with your Group Leader.
  • Ensure your last name is spelled exactly the way you have provided it to Scouts Victoria - the slightest mismatch will result in an error. Check this information with your Group Leader.
  • Confirm with your Group Leader that your Date of Birth has been recorded correctly. Be sure to enter your birthday in dd/mm/yyyy format, or if you use the calendar prompt, that you have selected the correct year, too!

If none of these options work, please contact us and we'll advise how you can proceed successfully.

Your Scouts Victoria registration number can be provided by your Group Leader. Please contact them to proceed with your registration.

Your Scouts Victoria information can be updated by contacting the Member Services Team. Once your information is updated, you'lll be able to register for the event.

Definitely! Interstate registration is a little more involved - please contact us via the Interstate Registration Request and we'll contact you about making the appropriate arrangements.
